- As a group, watch the video clip ‘How Jasmine dealt with anxiety and depression at high school’.
- On a blank piece of paper, draw an outline of your hand. On each finger, write down a coping strategy or support service that Jasmine could use to assist her in coping with her anxiety and depression – e.g. exercise (coping strategy), psychologist (support service).
