Mindsets are the beliefs or self-perceptions people have about themselves. Through completing a quiz, students learn about their mindset.
Learning Intention
Students complete a self-assessment to identify strategies to improve their mindset.
Key Outcomes
By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
- identify their mindset
- understand the importance of mindsets
- describe how their mindset impacts their approach to challenges.
Activity 01
Instructions 5 min
- Ask students to access, and then complete independently, the ReachOut.com survey ‘What mindset do you have?’.
- Once students have completed the survey, encourage them to learn more about their mindset by exploring the ReachOut articles that are linked in their results.
